Full payment is required prior to a event.

Cancellation/Refund Policy.

Notification of cancellation less than five working days prior to an event are non-refundable.

Cancellation of an event.

If an event is cancelled by either (Angela Agnew Associates Ltd/Switched-on or the Venue) all payments made will be reimbursed.

Payments/Cancellation/Refund details are listed on all invoices.

Sharing Information.

Angela Agnew Associates Ltd and/or Switched-on will not share any information we hold on you with any other party unless forced to do so to comply with legal requirements. And if we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
